My organisation: I believe that I am doing something worthwhile - I am not only adding value to myself but am also in a position to do something for society.

 

My work: Varied and never monotonous - allows for a lot of creativity - and motivates me to do better and better and better.

 

My colleagues: Do not leave me high and dry when I really need them; they help me find my way when I get lost in transactions; listen to me all the time - even if it is non-issue at times.

I have joined this organization recently and it has been a very satisfactory experience. I have got co-operation from not only my seniors but also from other departments, especially admin and HR. I enjoy the line of business we are in. I like my managers and colleagues.
